ATTORNEYS’ FEES AWARDED IN CHALLENGE TO UNCONSTITUTIONAL CALIFORNIA TAX

Winston & Strawn report on a recent California Court of Appeal ruling that held a taxpayer was entitled to attorney’s fees incurred in the action of challenging the constitutionality of invalid tax statutes.
