EPA WATERS OF THE U.S. RULE STOPPED BY COURT

In the second positive ruling for groups that oppose the Environmental Protection Agency’s Waters of the U.S. Rule, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that the legal process should be allowed to play out before businesses, landowners and states are subject to the regulatory provisions.  This decision now applies a recent injunction issued by a federal judge that only applied to 13 states to all 50 states.
