MAKE IT FAIR ARGUMENT BASED ON FAULTY STATS

We have been pointing out for years that the “statistic” behind split roll advocates argument stating that commercial real estate is “not paying it fair share” is based on a purposefully faulty statistic — shifting around which column income producing residential properties are in.  Dan Walters recently did a column delving into this sleight of hand.  Click here to read his column.
