Couples Agreement

Pre-marriage mediation is an alternative way to create a marriage contract. In this process, a mediator allows for an open discussion between the couple on all kinds of marriage issues, such as expectations for work after the birth of children and saving and spending styles, as well as traditional pre-marital discussions about the distribution of property and assistance to spouses when the marriage ends. The engaged couple, with the help of the Mediator, makes all decisions about what would happen in the event of separation or divorce. They then design either a deal memo or a pre-marital agreement and have it verified by their respective lawyers. A developed agreement on mediation is usually less expensive, since fewer hours are spent with lawyers, since the couple has made all the decisions together, instead of one page against the other. A successful and strong relationship is not based on silence, the two partners talk to each other, they express their feelings towards each other and listen to each other. Communication helps couples make decisions, especially when they want to introduce their unm written or uncoated social contract into formal documentation. A marriage contract, marriage contract or pre-marital contract (commonly known as Prenup) is a written contract entered into by a couple before marriage or a registered partnership that allows them to choose and control many of the legal rights acquired during marriage, and what happens when their marriage ends in death or divorce. Couples enter into a written marriage contract to replace many of the marriage laws that would otherwise apply in the event of divorce, such as laws governing the distribution of property and age benefits and savings and the right to claim maintenance (spouse`s allowance) with agreed terms, provide security and clarify their matrimonial rights. [1] [2] A pre-marital contract may also involve the waiver of a surviving spouse`s right to claim a share of choice in the deceased spouse`s estate.
