7 1.3 DATE OF APPLICATION AND DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT This Agreement shall enter into force seven days after its approval by Fair Work Australia and shall remain in force until 30 June This Agreement fully governs the terms and conditions of employment of the employees to whom it applies and to the exclusion of other industrial agreements.
